Does this dye only the gray hair or will it dye all hair?

It dye all hair, but it's too strong. You have to do skin test first on your wrist. Even after skin test, just try on a little spot on your head. My hair is falling until now even after three weeks of dyeing. I found this hair dye harsh on my scalp. I'm glad I only do some spot dye. I will never use this shampoo again.
