Was looking for inexpensive bibs to replace my Performance Bike Elite bibs - these are perfect!
I have sworn on Performance Bike Elite bibs for a long time. To me, they were comfortable, durable, and inexpensive enough (I could find them on clearance rack nearly every time I went in for $25 or so) to not worry about them.Well, after Performance Bike went away I have been searching for something to replace my bibs when they wear out finally. I saw these, and was intrigued by the pockets. They looked decent enough so I ordered a pair in blue to replace my old Performance blue bibs - which are going on 9 years old now.First of all - I LOVE the side pockets. NO - I probably would not put a phone in there. But they are PERFECT for snacks like stinger waffles, bags of gummies, gels, etc. Much easier to get to, and put back in the pocket without having to reach around my back.Secondly, these seem extremely well made. Stitching is great, materials is nice and thicker like the Performance Elites were. I think these will last a long time with proper care.I was a bit put off by the pad at first. It's pretty bulky. And I hate pads. Seriously, I buy bibs with as thin a chamois as I can. It's why my blue Elite bibs I still have at 9 years old - the chamois is flat. But during the first ride, it got comfortable. I didn't really notice it halfway through, and it does soak up a lot of sweat so that's great. After a few rides I think it will be just fine.Fit is exactly as expected, and the leg grippers are great.I liked them so much, I immediately ordered 2 more!

Very good value-comfy
Very pleased. Fit snug but that is typical for bib shorts. Comfy. Seem to be well-made!

Great value pair of cycling bibs (if the chamois works for you)
To be up front, these bibs aren't perfect, but they are the most COMFORTABLE bibs (or shorts) I own (and I have owned a lot of them over time, including some quite high end ones). There seems to be a quality issue in the first two pairs I ordered that the stitching comes out of an area (in exactly the same place) of about an inch wide on the chamois to short seam. This is NOT the shorts (lycra) coming apart, its actually where the chamois is sewn on to the shorts. I HOPE that it's simply a manufacturing defect, and I'm on pair three now (exchanges). If this third pair fails in the same spot, I'll likely just sew a new seam around the chamois myself and keep going.I would ABSOLUTELY order more, and plan to, I hope that the seam issues were just a manufacturing run issue. Even if I see it again, I'm just going to start reinforcing the seam as I buy them. The shorts are comfortable and worth every penny for sure. These have a more minimal (but quality) chamois, which I love. Many bibs/shorts focus on having a very thick and substantial chamois. I find the thick ones very uncomfortable after 2.5-2 hours of riding. The minimal ones are far more comfortable to me. So, this pair works really well for my needs (I'd like it to be even more minimal in terms of padding thickness, but I understand that's not typical and really just not to be found on this type of shorts, especially not at these great prices).Overall, a great pair of shorts, and I recommend them if you're trying to find a pair that works at a value price. Like all things cycling short related .... its more about how the chamois fits you (and every person is different) and how it interacts with your saddle. So, what works for me, may not for you.Overall the quality of the lycra is good (for the price) and I find them comfortable for 4 hour rides.

I'm digging these bibs.
These are my first pair of cycling bibs, so I don't have anything to compare them to, but I've done about 100 miles in them so far and they've been great. The pockets are a great feature - I don't know why all bibs don't come with these. There are two pockets in the back as well as one on each side. One complaint about the side pockets is that any contents tend to get pushed toward the pocket opening when riding. I lost some trash that way but I found it and picked it up. Not sure I'd trust them to hold my phone. I'm 5'8", 140lbs and the mediums fit perfectly. I find the chamois very comfortable. It's probably not as nice as what world tour riders are using, but hey, these things are $40 - not $300.

Very good
These are very good for the money.I am 5’ 10” at 240 lbs. My build is larger torso and smaller legs no butt, have to use a belt to keep pants up. Think the cartoon plumber. 40 size pants for the waist but legs are baggy. XXL shirts.I got the these bibs in XXL first and the fit is fine in the shorts area. The leg openings were just a bit small but I could pull them on. The body part is a tad too big as I had to pull it up often but the the shoulder straps got a little loose. I will keep these and use them. They are not that bad to deal with. In the cooler season I might wear a shirt under them.I decided to get the XL to try. Why not at this price. They are the right size for me. The leg openings are on the smaller side, but I was able pull on them and a few popped stitches and they fit fine. The body area was snug and stayed in place well. Rode 13 miles yesterday. They are the way to go. No pulling up my shorts all day. Just ride. I am glad a friend recommended this style.

Leg grippers shrink?
Didn’t have a very active ‘off season’. Put in a bit of weight over the winter. My usual closet full of bibs which cost at least 2-3x more than this brand still went on but needed more effort They were cheap enough, got a couple pairs of these in XL for the early season. They fit well, the padding was a bit thicker but good enough for the price. Washed them as usual, gentle cycle, cold water hang dry. After the third or fourth use it seemed the lag grippers had either shrunk or became extra grippy. Went on as always until they got to just above then knee.. felt more than snug. Did not cut off circulation but definitely decreased comfort level. I’m in shape now, so these will be pushed to the back of the closet.

Great quality at a great price
These bib shorts are premium quality and compare to my other $100+ bib shorts. They are comfortable on long rides, well cushioned. Plus they have side and back pockets. They have become my favorites.

ajustados, ojo
