Q: What is the actual size of the bottom of the pan, too many measurements here not clear as bottom. 11? 13 or 14.5? anyone?

The bottom diameter of the 11 inch carbon steel paella pan is 9.25 inches.

Q: does this work on an inductions stove top?

it is iron and a magnetic sticks to is as well as to a cast iron skillet. i have an electric cooktop but believe this would work on an induction top. only thing is that I use it on a wider source like a grill to get even cooking. best wishes.

Q: Can this pan be used on a glass cooktop?

Yes it could be used on a glass cooktop similar to other metal pans. (This being carbon steel, it would also work with an Induction Cooktop.) I'm not sure, for making paella, what impact a glass cooktop (vs. open flame) would have on the outcome -- I don't know how challenging it might be to achieve a bit of crust (like with a paella pan on open flame.)
