Es muy resistente, y fácil de limpiar, se desarma fácilmente, llegó en perfecto estado. Ya es la segunda vez que compro, recomiendo ampliamente.

I liked everything about this pan. The nonstick coating is very high quality, it is easy to clean and easy to use and the little clasp helps the taiyaki come out without any bubbles. The pan is sturdy and well constructed. My son is loving these fun snacks for his lunchbox and he is quite picky so Im a happy mom. All in all a great product which I highly recommend.

1: YES this works on electric standard stove tops you'd find on your average canadian range, even if the faces of the pan aren't flat it still soaks up plenty of heat as you flip it.2: YES this basically just takes bisquick/pancake mix. Finding real sweet red bean paste can be a hassle but it's definitely worth it OR you can fill it with other similar things like jam or syrup.3: YES it's easy to clean, I don't know if it's supposed to but the hinges on mine easily come apart and can be slotted back together. As long as you don't over-fill the moulds it's easy to scrape out excess batter as well.
