This is induction compatable
Normally a pan like this will show the metal plug they attach to the bottom to make it induction compatable. It does have the plug and works on my induction stove.

Nonstick frying pan
Nonstick frying pan got this for my husband so he could cook his eggs and pancakes on it was very easy to clean in it also distributes the heat well this is one awesome frying pan it’s very easy to take care of this is one of my go to frying pans when I want to cook the eggs or pancakes highly recommended friend but it’s looking for a very high-quality but nice frying pan

Love this pan, high quality
No product packaging. I use to buy Gotham copper pans and they always came with a glue adhesive stuck to the pan which permanently stained the pan. I love the handle, the non stick surface, overall it has a good design and good weight to it.

Even cooking with lots of space
This has quickly become my favorite pan. Working from home this year, I’ve had to juggle cooking meals in between meetings. So my first test was with breakfast: pancakes, sausage, and eggs. The entire process took me about 15 mins because of the even heat distribution across the pan. Normally this would take me 25 mins because I’d have to cook each thing one at a time in a pan due to the lack of space. So after being satisfied with breakfast, I decided to crank the heat up for dinner and prepare a steak. It was cooked to perfection in about 12 mins, alongside some asparagus i threw in the pan at the same time. I followed the instructions and waited for the pan to cool before cleaning, and I was more surprised at how simple the cleaning process was. Residue essentially just wipes off with little effort. So far, I’m super happy with this purchase. Cooking times have definitely sped up with the perfect distribution of heat and added space this pan provides.

Mixed feelings
Looks nice and doesn't stick.But I haven't figured out the right temperature for cooking yet. And yes fluids run to the edges. Which doesn't bother me. I always use water to cook through steam. I have a glass top stove and have to get it very hot to get this pan to cook.
