Dead on arrival
My unit was dead on arrival. I tried it several times with my SmarParts SP104C digital picture frame. It never worked. The digital frame plug seemed loose and didn't fit well. I contacted the seller and never received a reply. I'm now trying to get a refund through Amazon.
