It is a good quality harness that wears well and can be washed if needed. Dries quickly if it gets wet while playing in the lake. My girl has very sensitive skin and this harness does not chafe on her skin. Bought one when we first got her as a pup. Waited to see how big she was going to get before ordering additional harnesses. Just bought 5 more for her.

Too big and bulky for our 6 pound Yorkie.

Compared to the fit of another brand harness this was was far better. Fit her like it was made for her. At 11 lbs she was falling out of the other harness.

Fits her well, soft & breathable..yet sturdy.For size references...Our fluffy pup is a Havamalt & is a little under 10 lbs.

They are for comfort only, not durable enough for outside play or used as walking harness. I'm good with this and another reason why I purchased them at different intervals. Fit as well as also having multiples mean I can have clean ones ready when needed.I have another brand I like better but cannot get them in larger sizes, if I can find them at all these days.I'm getting used to this style tho. They loosen if pulled on but it does take constant tugging. Check for this regularly if you decide to purchase.I have 4 in XL and 2 in XXL.Measure yur dogs. These sizes are not normal for most dog types.My male Brindle, Ozz usually wears a lg but for this brand he's in XXL. The XL I ordered first was way too small. I returned.Ozz is 60# with thicker chest; Staffy look to him, mix breed.Neck 19"/chest 31"Plenty of room for expansion in strap that runs around chest.My female Reece & male pup Eidol are both in XL. They normally wear Med.Reece 42-44#:Neck 18"/chest 26"Eidol 40#Neck 17"/chest 25".Both have plenty of room for expansion in the straps.I purchased them in Black, yellow w/black trim, darker shade of purple, red, ice blue and the darker blue (cobalt). The light colored ones show dirt easily. I wash them out by hand, hang dry and I wash them constantly. Seem to be holding up. Mesh on ice blue is shredded a little but it was caused by Eidol playing with Ozz. No fault due to quality of the product.I will add to the collection of colors. My furkids are color coded. My Brindles may not be built alike but is easier to pinpoint who is who at any given time.The pup is white w/black polka dots. No problem finding him...lolHope this helps others w/their purchase decision.Reviews are great when people add their dogs stats along with size purchased. Telling us something is pretty, durable, etc may be nice but we need measurements, and Breed helps as well as pics. I added pics in another review for this same harness but under a different color, the red one.Good luck.

Loved how easy it was to put on. Very comfortable and nice looking. Only recommend for dogs that have been leashed trained. If you have a dog like mine that doesn't want to go for a walk you are in trouble. My mixed Pomeranian/Chihuahua has escaped from this harness 4 times.

My senior dog has a tendency to want to do things his way…. So on our walks if he doesn’t want to go he usually slips out of his collar and heads for our apartment door. Now with this harness he goes on his walks without any problem. The only thing I have to fight him on is getting the harness on. As soon as the harness is on he’s fine. I love the fact that this harness is made of recycled materials. And somehow I decided to pick the medium and it fits perfectly. The price was great too. Thank you!

I have bought over the years almost every collar and harness advertised for my Chihuahuas. We couldn't have kids so our dogs are our babies. I almost miss a few heart beats every time my wife takes them out walking. These dogs put Houdini to shame for escaping from anything. When I read reviews again on the internet, the EcoBark Classic Dog Harness kept coming up. I went to Amazon and read reviews so I figured I will try something different again after my dog Sam (shown) almost got it from the UPS truck when she escaped and ran across to the neighbor's house to visit their dogs. My wife used to walk three at the same time and now two, Sam & Celia. I bought a Pink and Purple and put them on them. I was impressed that for the first time they liked them. I had measured the dogs before ordering them and Celia was just a tad larger (they are twin sisters) and it was a little snug. When my wife took them out, Sam stopped dead and tried the pull backwards trick to get out but to no avail. She finally gave up because their is no way out. I re-ordered a medium red for Celia because it was a little to tight. My wife was out again two days later with Celia's red one, but she got out of it and she is more docile. I measured the two and the red medium was 3 inches larger in circumference around the cushioned neck area than the purple one. The chest strap is adjustable, so that didn't matter. I figured out a way to fold 1/2" of the cushioned area on both sides of the centered sewn top strap on the inside and cemented them with IPS #16 fast set acrylics solvent cement. I did one side at a time and masked adjacent areas with Phoenix blue masking tape and clamped it in my small tool vise. I taped the vise jaws also to prevent cement from getting on my vise. The IPS #16 will not stick to the tape. I waited two hours and repeated on the opposite side. I was going to add a couple rivets but it bonded like a solid piece of plastic. This cement will bond to quite a few plastics and synthetics so it was compatible. It really doesn't bond it causes the base materials to fuse as one solid piece. Anyway, It shrunk the circumference 2" so the medium became 1" larger than the small. These harnesses are the most simple and best we used. The dogs and we love them and our escape problem is finally solved. People walking keep asking my wife were we got them and saying how good they look. The price is very economical considering the quality you receive. The only problem is they either need to make in-between sizes or split the neck portion and add a wide piece of hook and loop for adjustment. Perfect fit Tink. Hes a Yorkiepoo 6 months old weighing in at 11lbs for now. I didnt need to adjust at all, it fits him perfectly. Tinks ready to grow into it. I'd suggest this harness. Now to take him out for a walk.

I returned a $30 one to the pet store when i got this.Perfect.Update...my beagle puppy went nuts every time I pulled it over her head..I need a vest type, that doesn't go on like a turtle neck sweater.Probably perfect for older trained dogs. Very cute and great price.

Our little girl seems very comfortable in this harness and it is sturdy and well built. Easy access to clip a leash or lead on. Many colors available and easy to find matching leash.

Ordered an xxl size based off their size guide. My girl is about 70lbs but is tall and scrawny. The size fits great with lots of room to spare should she gain weight. Great harness for the money.
