Great quality phone cover. Waterproof and shock proof. This is the second one I have purchased. The first lasted over 2 years.

The case is waterproof but doesn't work with a screen protector. I decided to test the waterproof on this case and took this kayaking in the ocean. I got washed out of my kayak a few times by waves and my phone is fine. There was a droplet of water inside the case when I got out of the water but no more than if I put my phone to my ear when I was sweating.The things I don't like about this case is the back cover protector is a flimsy plastic and scratches easily. Its not aesthetically pleasing. Even though its waterproof somehow dust gets inside and I have to take my phone out of the case to wipe off the dust. To be fair I keep my phone in my pocket at work and I work construction so there is dust flying around all day long. I would think that a waterproof case would keep dust out though. The last thing I find annoying is that at least a couple times a week when I peel back the charging port cover the little rubber plug comes off and I have to mess with it to get it back in. I am changing phone cases after just a few weeks.

Pros and Cons listed!So the iPhone 11 Pro Max is already designed to be waterproof up to 3 meters under water. When you get a waterproof case, you are just adding extra protection. So yes, the screen made on this case is made of plastic BUT the phone itself is waterproof up to 3 meters so the plastic screen is to help the glass screen on the phone be protected. I read review that said they had gaps between the back and front of the case defeating the waterproof claim. If this happened to you, then you did not push hard enough on the case to snap/click into place. There is NO gap anywhere on the case when my phone is inside the case. ALSO, the lanyard works great! It's probably my favorite part of the phone. The volume is fine and no muffled noises or echoing as others have said (again, they probably did not press the case on all the way).CONSThe flashlight is a lot dimmer when this case is on, which is disappointing because I use the flashlight on my phone several times a day.Because of the design of this case, my phone charge was too wide to fit into the charging port so I had to use a different charger. Luckily I already had another charger BUT if you don't and your charger doesn't fit through the case to the charging port, you'll have to get a thinner charger.The kick stand on the back of the phone is hard to open but works fine once you open it.Overall, it is a great case for the money and I have used it under water and it works just as it is intended to! As long as you snap the case on firmly (as others did not in the reviews) then you will be good to go.
