Works great!
I got the photos backwards, but I think you can easily tell which was how my seats looked before and after! They are soft and smooth now. I am so delighted with this product, and my son-in-law wants me to do his Lexus seats!

Great Value
Worked as described and the outcome was certainly better than expected....especially for the price. It looks good and hopefully will last. If not, there is more than enough for another go round.

Not very good
I used this to restore leather chairs on an older van. They do have instructions, but it is poorly written. They refer you to a youtube video, but it is not a great demo video. I thought I would get three different shades, but I found only two of the same and one color that didn't seem to be related at all. The repair solution is clear and thin. It was really hard to tell if the repair was made. I had to dry it and apply several applications, but it was still not great. The color is hard to match, but there is so little of the recolor that you cannot really mix to find the exact color. They give you a sponge applicator, but it absorbs a great deal of the paint. If you apply to a second coat without proper drying then the previous coat flakes off. You have to apply a thick coat to not see steaks from applying. If you have a piece to repair/match that is more than a few inches then this may not be the best. I would not buy this again.Edit. It's been 4+ months and the paint has worn off from the seat. It's not even a seat that sees a lot of traffic. Stay away

Not worth the money!
Complete garbage. The colors are nothing like in the pictures. All three bottles are actually a cream color and when I try darkening them by adding the black dye that is provided it just turns grey. I highly suggest avoiding this product, nothing like advertised. The directions provided is a piece of paper with a link to a YouTube video that is just a review of the product and not even the same kit that I received!

Made my 27 year old furniture look 15 again.
My leather furniture set has been passed around through the family for more than 20 years. Most of us have cats, a couple of us have dogs, one has children. So these have been used hard. Getting a color match is a time consuming exercise in trial and error. I think the key to helping the cat scratched tufting or "frizzing" of the surface is sanding the whole thing down well with a 240 grit sanding block to take off the tops of the shredded bits.I bought two kits as I was unsure which colors I would need for making my custom color. As it turns out I did need them both. The base color was cap tan from the beige kit, with with some Taupe from the same kit and a touch of sand from the beach kit. I eventually got the color darn near perfect with those. However, I didn't have enough of the cap tan to really do everything I needed to do. I got most of the worst parts though. Debating if I really want to buy yet another kit to use only one bottle. As for how it covers scratches and other marks, that depends on the marks. I did manage to get the neon pink nail polish on the arms covered up, shockingly, with several coats applied with a cotton swab on just the spots, then blended out with a thin coat on the rest of the section. The ink pen on the seats however has bled through one thin application, and I lack enough paint to do another coat. One other thing to be aware of. This product, by itself, as others have mentioned, is not a permanent solution. A good cleaning, such as wiping off those muddy paw prints the dog wants to track everywhere, will remove it. You MUST finish with a sealer of some sort. The sealer I bought says to wait 72 hours. Not sure I can hold out that long! At least trying to keep the dogs off if they come in wet or muddy until they've totally dried off. Another point about the sealer is the finish. This paint leaves a very matte finish. When I got a totally perfect match for my leather color, the only hint it had been redone was the change in sheen. The sealer should fix this.Overall, it's not a bad idea. It's not going to make my furniture set look brand new again. And one little kit is definitely not enough to essentially refinish the entirety of a whole living room set. You're never going to completely heal those corners the cats have used as a scratching post. But they can take your living room from "did you pick this up at the dump?" to "comfy furniture that's been well loved." My mother was impressed enough that she's asked me to order the grey kit and do hers.
