These are bigger & heavier than I'd imagined. Around the size of a tennis ball. You charge it through a USB cable and one charge does last several hours. It moves well on kitchen tiling, but not great on short carpet (just spins on the spot). The cats don't really play with it like they do with furry toys (due to it's size/weight) but they do watch it intently for several hours, which keeps them occupied. It was only £11, so I've definitely got my moneys worth of it. It would just be better if it were smaller, lighter & had an on/off timer option.

The media could not be loaded. Came already charged and was so simple to get working. The led lights adds something extra for the cat and there's a choice of feather or bell attachment. Definitely works better on a smooth floor and doesn't race around particularly fast but enough and erratically to keep the cat interested! I put a little catnip inside just because you can!

it doesnt move around much at all just kind of flops in one place so my kitten isn't that interested. she does like the feather and bell attachments and the pompoms that came with it.

The kitten just loves this ball. She stalks and pounces on it and chases after it. Great exercise for it and she seems to really enjoy it.It has once or twice gone down the side of the fridge, but I was able to reach in and get it, but this may be an issue for some.Also, it does not work on the carpet at all, but works perfectly on the tiles.It holds its charge well and keeps going for ages.Overall great product.

First, it's too big... then the lights are annoying and can't be switched off. It absolutely doesn't work on short hair carpet. It only does on hard surfaces and that is for a few seconds only. Left unattended, it ends up quickly in a corner and bangs there until someone moves it back at the centre of the room. I can tell my cat wanted to like it but in the end it is intimidating and underwhelming to him. We use the attachments with a traditional wand and at least he loves those :) I don' recommend considering the price...

The mechanism is basically a fly-wheel, on the inside, that is turned by a motor, that comes on for anywhere in between 0.5 to 1.5 seconds and then goes off for 1.5 seconds (approx.). The flywheel turns only one way, and the movement is very slow. It interested my cat for all of several minutes and then she ignored it. The thing just doesn't move fast, or far enough, to be of interest.I do have a hack that makes it twice as interesting, but that's still way below the threshold for my cat. If you just remove the cover and tow line, it spins around much faster, and with more of a random, hap-hazard attitude. Without the cover, it also tends not to get stuck in corners.

Easy to charge and assemble, also a nice feature that you can change the attachment (my kitten favours the feather!). Battery lasts a decent amount of time so it’s not always on charge. Motion great on smooth hard floors, moves fast enough to make the kitten chase and run around. Not so great on carpets, but the motion and light still keeps the kitten interested either way.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for my younger cat to keep her entertained and let my older cats get some sleep! She was quite intrigued and couldn't stop watching it. Her favourite is the feather attachment and she tries to carry it away with her. We've found it all over the house, wherever she takes it! It comes with different attachments and has two light settings to keep cats entertained. I think this will stay one of her favourites for a long time to come.
