Didn't work on my dark hair even though it claims to work

I’ve used Schwarzkopf Color Ultime 1.4 Sapphire Black a few times now, and I’m really happy with how my hair turns out. What I notice most is how shiny and vibrant my hair looks after coloring — it doesn’t come out dull or flat like some other dyes I’ve tried. The color feels rich and deep, and there’s a healthy gloss that really catches the light. Even after a few weeks, the shine holds up well, and I don’t feel like my hair looks tired or faded. It also feels softer and smoother, which makes it easy to style. I get a lot of compliments on how lush and healthy my hair looks, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for. If you want a dark, intense color that still leaves your hair looking shiny rather than dull, this formula does a fantastic job.

I was looking for a good black hair color and I bought this brand based off the good reviews I read about it. And honestly, I have to say, super duper pooper impressed with this dye! First 2 months the colour was so shiny and vibrant, and it's now been 3 months, almost 4, the colour has faded but it's such a pretty colour still, the fade is still nice and shiny and works for me. This brand is awesome for black, had to tell you :)

This is a fantastic hair dye! It is very dark with just a hint of blue in the sunlight, giving you that animated black hair effect. The treatment is also magic and sealed up my split ends easily leaving my hair soft AND colored! The only issue I have is that the dye is very strong, in fact it gets on everything and stains everything. Droplets where you rinse your hair will leave blue stains on the floor and on the sink- unless you have a porcelain or marble I truly believe you are cooked although I had some success with nail polish remover (it will come of skin this way). That being said, it also sticks in your hair for weeks. I am on 3 weeks post dye and it looks like day 1. I am still leaving a blue residue in my bathtub when I shower despite it diluting but if you can accept the permanence it is worth it. In fact, I re-ordered a second box and am giving five stars for it delivering quality but I would be cautious especially if you are renting or planing a trip where your hair might get wet.

My favorite color!!! Works sooo well and lasts a long time before fading. When it does fade it’s a pretty dark copper color!

Love this colour and was super easy to apply! I’ve had several compliments since I dyed it. 100% would buy again.
