RAM EJ-3520-BBX 3,500 lb. Electric Trailer Jack with Drop Leg - Black

This jack was great until it died after about a year of use. I have no major complaints, but I feel like the lifespan was rather short. We used it on a work trailer with casual use over the course of a year (taking it out roughly 30 times) but a few months ago the jack just simply would not work. There was power going to it, the battery it was running off was fully charged, but the jack would not move. One other source of contention was the bottom foot hung very low and was almost hung up a number of times. All that said, when the jack worked it was great and was a huge help. The price was incredibly cheap, which is why I'm not overly surprised when it kicked the bucket.

This jack was very easy to install, it took me about 30 minutes. Simple to operate, however it is a little slower than expected. That being said, it is probably still faster than the hand crank it replaced, so still an awesome addition to the trailer. I installed on a 25’ travel trailer and it makes hooking and dropping much easier!

Very Poor Customer service DONT BUY unfortunately it didn’t fit my application and Amazon will not refund me my money This is how prime members are treated now. They said that I cannot return the item and when I purchased it it didn’t say anywhere before I bought it. Also they hung up the phone on me very poor customer service DONT BUY you will be stuck with it

this hitch was perfect for our small trailer, the height was what we needed to install a bike rack above it
