NOW Foods Natural Resveratrol, 200mg, 120 Vcaps (Pack of 2)

I had a major heart attack in 1993. I don't want to have another one, that's for sure. It's the worst pain imaginable. My cardiologist took the "throw the kitchen sink" at the problem approach. Along with statins for lower LDL, we decided to add fish oil and resveratrol the "French miracle." I've been taking this supplement for decades now, and I'm still alive and feeling fine. Two 81 mg. enteric coated aspirins, fish oil, and resveratrol are cheap insurance against future heart attacks. All these items greatly reduce the risk. If you have heart problems follow my suggestions. Doing so has kept me alive for an extra 25 years at the time of this review.

I bought this after seeing Dr. Sinclair on the JRE. I don’t really notice any difference from taking this supplement.On his second visit to JRE, Dr. Sinclair said he takes a powder form with yogurt. I’m trying to find that one. He also mention that this stuff is like bake dust, that is better taken with fat not water.

Nothing to dislike, this is a good company with very good supplements.

My wife and I have been using Resveratrol for several years. We regularly buy several NOW Foods supplements.

I've been taking it for a few months now, the most effect I can feel is that it eases the discomfort before and during my period. But my stomach does get upset, I worked out if I take it right after a meal, the stress is the least.
