Q: Would this work to paint lamp shade?

Haven’t tried but I don’t see why it wouldn’t. I’d check for flame retardant though to be safe.

Q: the pictures look like glitter. Are any of the metalic paints a smooth even color? I dont think glitter will look like real metal

It's not glitter. Very much metallic. More like a paste than a paint.

Q: Can this paint be used on a fireplace screen?

I do not know. It is beautiful and it would be worth it if it works. I’d try it on a practice piece of screen first though. The metallic spray paints would be a great alternative.
