Viviscal Hair Therapy Stress Relief Dietary Supplement, 30 Count

I use to use the Viviscal vitamins, but recently changed to the powder. I add it to my morning protein shakes. I like the product. Don't know if I see a change in my hair, but I've just started the second box.

It is really too soon to tell - not even a month but I think along with the Viviscal supplements and hair products this may be working. I do see a small difference of which I think is new growth. My hair is still thin though and frizzy, so I will order another month's worth and go from there. Hoping for positive results.

I have super fine hair, immune issues, and PCOS. I was and am willing to try anything to get my hair healthier and to help it to stop falling out. These packets are pretty much my vitamins in powder form. Biotin and Collagen has always been my go-to for improving hair health. I have also been wanting to give Ashwagandha a try again after having a bad experience from it before. I am happy to say that this didn’t cause me any of the craziness that I experience with someone else's crazy pills.As for the taste. As soon as your open the packet you can smell the vanilla. It smells like I should start baking. This stuff tastes like a water vanilla milkshake. It's not bad at all but I usually pour it into my morning coffee instead. They are also great in shakes. This stuff actually helped me unexpectedly too. I have high cortisol levels due to my PCOS. I also have an underactive thyroid and since taking this both of those numbers in my bloodwork have come back to wear, they are supposed to be. My hair also looks great and has started to regrow in places it stopped! My dermatologist wanted me to try Rogain but I'm happy to say that I don’t have too yet!

The product itself does work; however, I will definitely return to the capsules. This “ sprinkle/stir in“ version would be fine for people who do smoothies. I should, but I don’t; Just easier for me to swallow a pill.

I can’t believe how well these vitamins work. My hair melted away after a bleach session. I was devastated. I had long hair and it was all uneven. On one side my hair was past my shoulder and the other it was right at ear length. I was so depressed because I had to cut my hair super short to even it out. I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now and my hair is past my shoulder again. I’m so happy about the results. I wasn’t a believer when it came to supplements, especially those for hair growth but I am just converted! Lol! I’ve told my mom to take them too because she’s thinning and she’s has gotten amazing results too. If you need some to help your hair grow. This is the product to get. I did not use the shampoo or the conditioner and I still had great results and I can imagine what wonders I would get if I used those two as well.

I got the Viviscal Hair Therapy Stress Relief Supplement to combat both stress and the resultant thinning of my hair.This supplement contains biotin (a large dose) plus other factors known to promote strong and healthy hair.The taste is good when mixed with water. It is a mild vanilla flavor which is palatable.I had no adverse reactions to this product and since it is only a 30d supply, I can't really comment yet on its efficacy.Overall, seems like a well made and beneficial product.

I have been taking the Viviscal Hair Therapy Stress Relief Supplement for a couple of weeks and am pleasantly surprised at the nice flavor. I can take it right before I go to bed and I find that it helps me sleep. I have been heating up a small glass of milk (4 or so ounces) and using a milk frother to stir it in. It has a light and soothing vanilla taste and helps me fall asleep. I have put a little whip cream on top as well for a nice treat. It does not taste like marine collagen or seaweed which I was concerned about. Most supplements or powders I take that has this is very unpleasant to take. I expected to have to drink this fast and bypass my tastebuds. It is actually really pleasant. I am familiar with Ashwaghana and know that it is a potent adaptogen. Do a little research before you take it to make sure it is safe for you as it has an effect on the thyroid. It is usually a positive effect but if you have hypothyroidism you will likely want to talk to your doctor as it increases the thyroid hormone in the body. So far, I have not noticed an immediate effect on my hair, skin, or nails but am happy with the flavor and the ingredient profile. My husband has also tried it and said that it tasted nice. I think it is worth considering. It would be nice to see a sixty-day guarantee associated with the product. I will update if I find that it is helping with hair growth.

I have noticed in a month of taking this every night, I am not on edge like I have been for a long time. I have tried a lot of different supplements and there was a definite difference with this powder. I really like the way it made me feel so I am going to continue to take this. The taste is really good too, It mixes well in my morning coffee, not well in juice at night, but still tastes good. I am 53 and post menopausal. I have noticed my hair is getting thicker too. I also take the tablet supplements, but haven’t been taking for 90 days so I don’t have anything solidly good to report, yet.
