Hello. No this does not come with any inserts or a toy bar

Q: I want to get a mattress for this for when my son uses it at grandma's house ; what size mattress would work?

Hello, thank you for your question! The floorboard measures 36"x24", we do want to advise we do not recommend using any after market mattresses, sheets, or pillows inside the play yard.

Q: Does anyone know what size mattress will fit in this?

I purchased a foldable mattress for easier transport & the dimensions are 38X26. They also sell flat mattresses. Just search mattress for pack n play. I also purchased a waterproof fitted sheet & the dimensions are 39X27. I’m including a link for the sheet. It’s wonderful! Hope this helps!!
