UPDATED REVIEW: What is this, a couch for ants?
UPDATED REVIEWThis couch was only okay to sit on for like 2 hours before it started to hurt. I ended up working on a project on my laptop for about 5 hours and it was somehow less comfortable than if I'd sat on a kitchen chair. My neck, my back, my etc and the rest were in serious pain when I went to bed and I still hurt the next morning. I looked online for extra foam padding to try and make it work but slowly realized the better solution was to spend about twice the amount I'd paid for this to get a real couch instead. It was disassembled and back in the box less than 48 hours after I'd first put it together. (Upside: Easy to disassemble and put back in the box.)THE RETURN SAGA: THE RETURNENINGI got this couch partially because it said "free shipping and returns" but the utter frustration of returning this thing is why I recommend you don't bother even trying it out. (Seriously. Just get a real couch instead, I promise this one isn't worth it.)I requested a return based on incorrect product information (1\ all the measurements in the listing are off by 1-3 inches, 2\ not usable as a couch, 3\ definitely not usable as a bed) and got a return shipping label from Amazon. There was no option to have it picked up, only option was to drop it off at UPS. Seller contacted me and asked which product info was wrong, offered a partial refund if I kept it. The next day the seller contacted me again, said I hadn't sent my return yet and asked that I please do that within a week. I called everyone I knew until I found someone with a vehicle the 50x40 box would fit into and who was free to take me to the UPS building. Keep in mind this is a large 57lb box that says on it "2 person lift required" and the other person with me could not do that so I had to do it myself. Thank god (and by god I mean Cthulhu) that I don't have stairs.I hate this couch, I hated this return process, and I am writing this too-long update purely because of the multiple tonedeaf contacts from the seller (otherwise I would have just updated it wasn't comfortable for more than a couple hours). Don't buy this couch.ORIGINAL REVIEWMeasurements: 60" long, 30" tall, 14" from floor to top of seat, 20" depth, 18" back support, pillows are ~15".Packaging: Two halves, six legs, two pillows, plates and bolts and washers and hex wrench, plus instructions, all in a box that seems too small for what it is. (I looked at it on the porch like "No way that's 63 inches. I'm 63 inches.")Assembly: Super easy! Instructions say two people recommend but I'm one person and I put it together in under 20 minutes while the pillows were fluffing up in the dryer.Tips: I've seen other reviews on similar couches that say the holes for the bolts were misaligned and they had to make new ones. **Don't do that.** The instructions are wrong---the plates that hold the two pieces together should be on the outside and the middle legs on the inside. It all lines up that way. It won't line up if you try to put the legs on the outside.Comfort: As a couch, it's pretty good! I wouldn't sit on it all day (lies: I know I'm going to) but for movies and video games and laptop, it's fine. As a bed, NOPE, it's way too firm and you can feel the middle of the two sections. Really unpleasant. Good thing I plan to use it exclusively as a couch. (You might be able to fix it with a good pillowtop but at that point I'd just invest in a better folding couch, you know?)Decor: I got a generic slipcover for an armless loveseat and a couple of pillow covers (I guessed and got 18", which fit kind of loose on the 15" pillows). I like this option because it's easier to clean and I can change up the style whenever I want.Overall: If you're on a budget and looking for a small couch for a small space and you like a firm seat and you're short, this is a good option. If you need a fold-out couch that you'll use as a bed, only get this one if you're too passive-aggressive to tell people you don't want overnight guests.

Well made!
It is sturdy, well made, and has real nice material. Shipping was fast and packaged well. However, I’m very disappointed that it is as hard as a rock.

sofa bed
Product was easy to assemble, the adjustable backrest is very comfortable and I like the color. The pillows are not worth shipping and the sofa is a little hard for sleeping. Overall very pleased with the product.

Great if you have the right expectations
I have this on my balcony and I also have had the 3 seat version (similar anyway) for several years. It's a great value for what it is, and you can sleep on it in a pinch. Probably not best if you're spending several hours a day sitting on it, but you shouldn't be doing that anyway.

Haven’t slept on it yet!
Love the style, very clean looking & functionality, it’s easy to use. Have to slide it out away from the wall a bit but that’s fine. Going to put those coasters on the legs
