Attractive and Comfortable Bracelet Holds More Info Than Others
Received my Sport ID medical bracelet today (Pro model, gray band, brushed metal finish, black medical symbol), and I am impressed. The engraving is very legible and consistent throughout. The Divoti product can hold more information than the other bracelets I have seen, but it is not crowded in the presentation. The instructions for cutting the band down to the correct size for your wrist are clear and accurate. I would caution other buyers to cut off less of the band than you think you need to cut off, try the bracelet on your wrist, and then cut more as needed. I had to measure and cut the band, and then try on the bracelet several times, to end up with a band that fits well - but the band now works well and is comfortable and secure. It is a lightweight band that will eventually wear out - which is the reason I opted to purchase the extra band offered by Divoti at the point of purchase for less than $10.The only negative in the buying experience was finding that I was required to give the company my telephone number in order to register the product and obtain an extended warranty. All in all, this is a nice-looking, comfortable accessory that might be very helpful in a medical emergency. I will buy another one for my elderly father and recommend this product to others.

GREAT PRODUCT
Was looking for a really good medical ID bracelet to replace my old ones and wanted one with a DUAL side for more information. This fits the bill perfectly. Very attractive, very comfortable and very easy to read. Can put a large amount of info since it both front and back side. Arrived a day EARLY which was nice. A very fair price for the bracelet. The only thing I would have an issue with would be the written instruction. A little confusing BUT they do give you an instructional video on their You Tube channel showing how to size the bracelet. I highly recommend this product and would definitely buy it again.

Excellent Medical Alert Bracelet
It's lightweight (I forget it's there), very low profile, the engraved tag is very readable and engraving appears to be very durable (deep, high-contrast engraving for easy reading and durability). This is important to me because I ride motorcycles and horses as well as a lot of other stuff that may damage some products. It's also easy on/easy off. The size is very easily adjustable and quite adequate for most people (even with my big wrists, I had to trim a little bit off).On the larger model (that I got), it has room for 5 lines of text on the front, 4 lines on the back of the engraved tag. That was plenty for everything I needed to put on. (Enough room for my wife's contact info, even.) Ideas on that: 1) Contact your doctor or one of their staff or a paramedic/EMT to determine what needs to be on the front and what can be put on the back (the first responders may not take the bracelet off to see the back, so put the absolute critical info on front). 2) If you have an online medical info repository (seems to be a thing these days), maybe put that info - website, ID number, whatever - on front. 3) Find common medical abbreviations to use to save space (allowed me to get two items per line on the front). 4) Don't put private/privacy info on front (the public may be able to see it without you knowing it).Definitely a good buy and a good seller. Absolutely no regrets buying this bracelet from this seller. If you don't like all-metal bracelets that are too much like jewelry (like me), this is for you.

Impressed with this product.
Bought this for my husband. Two years and two month later the band broke! I am impressed it lasted this long. He never took it off! He was able to piece it together to wear it longer, but I want to look at replacing just the band. So far, I am having no luck! I will keep looking.

Easy to Read
I like the amount of information that can be put on this bracelet. It is very easy to read. I'm having a problem with the clamp on the inside of the clasp. I cannot get it to hold and stay in place so it works its way loose and finally drops off about every 2 days. I tried the method suggested to secure it, using a screwdriver but it doesn't clamp down. I have tried pliers and a hammer. This is the only negative thing about the bracelet.

Excellent bracelet
Good looking and holds a lot of information. I wear mine for advance directives - “Do Not Resuscitate” plus phone numbers of my designated proxies. It stays on my wrist where it’s so comfortable I forget I have it on, until someone compliments me on it.

Great for those with dementia
Easy to cut and fit to size, easy to put on, very clear writing, on both sides. I needed an ID band for a dementia family member who wandered, that was not easily taken off (though easy for me on my wrist). A prettier one pulled on my loved one's arm hair, so was quickly discarded. This one is very comfortable. More expensive than some of the others, so I can't compare them, but this one was perfect for our needs.

Very helpful!
My Dad had some cognitive decline and was very worried about getting lost, and asked for an id bracelet with his information on it that he could wear, so someone could help him get home if needed. I found this Divoti product and it fit the bill perfectly. Dad has since passed away and never needed that assistance, but it really comforted him to be able to look down and see the bracelet with his information. Recently a friend of mine has been having issues with cognitive decline - he writes his name and address on dozens of pieces of paper around his house. I came back to Divoti to get a bracelet for my friend, and he loves it - it has his name and address, and also my name and phone number. So if he ever gets disoriented or is injured, someone will call me. My friend really likes that we just put it on, fit it for his wrist, and he doesn't have to take it off - it's waterproof so he can shower with it. I love that the text can be customized, and the writing can go on both front and back. This really gives me some added comfort that if something happens to my friend, his basic information will be immediately available to medical personnel, and I will be contacted.
