I tried several vitamins and had a hard time finding one that had the right kind of the right nutrients without it having 20,000% of the daily recommended amount of B vitamins. The Dr said she always prescribes CoQ10 for high cholesterol because it helps filter it out of the blood, and EPA fish oil. My legs felt drastically better the day after starting 300mg. I have recently gone down to 100mg/day and it's working just as well.
