I'm one of those folks who uses the badge reel constantly, because my work badge also grants me door & parking garage access and it needs to reach. The reel on this is very very not good. It sticks really badly, and right now my badge is dangling very awkwardly because I had the nerve to unlock the door to my office, lol.That said, if you don't use the badge reel and you'll just be using this to hang a visual ID badge or name tag, you cannot go wrong - this is SO cute, the sparkle is perfect, the pink color of the bow is the exact sort of hot pink (rather than baby/pastel pink) I was hoping for, and the gems are sticking on there VERY well - I've had similar purchases start shedding gems almost immediately, or at least start catching on things, but these ones are on there good!Literally a PERFECT badge holder aside from the reel being so janky.

I bought 1 for myself & gifted 1 to a patient that commented on mine every single day (now she goes on & on about how much she loves hers everytime I'm in her room 🥰). I've had mine for over a year now, I wear it 5+ days/wk, it's super durable. Still in perfect condition, as sparkly & beautiful as the day I got it :)
