We upgraded our IR stovetop to an induction stovetop. Love it! Put our old steamer on it for some bao buns and nada, nothing.Ordered this set off Amazon because it was the largest diameter set that was induction stove compatible. Love it!

It's is Monday, October 3rd. I just received the pan. This item is well made and practical. You can easily feed 4+ people with this pan because of the layers. Also, this item comes in three different sizes.

The metal is very thin don’t like it

I had an aluminum steamer before. I switched to induction range. I bought this as a replacement. When I first received it, it seems to be flimsy. The bottom is pretty thin. But, using as a steamer, on an induction range, it heats up fairly fast. I have been using it for a a couple of months. It has worked fairly well.

The first thing I noticed when I opened this was how light it was. Not in a good way either. It seems very flimsy and chinsy and like it won't last at all which is really too bad for something around $65! I would send it back if it wasn't a pain to send something like this back. Not only was it cheap feeling, but the pot was already chipped in a few areas. It's either that bad of quality or this particular one has already been returned. I was so surprised at the good reviews when I received it. It also comes in a box that is clearly from China so don't even bother wondering if its made there. You can't even read the outside, it's all Chinese. You might pay more for something similar to this but it would be worth it. I'd consider skipping this and looking elsewhere.
