Accurate description of product - but extremely inconvenient, flavor is syrup-y as compared to the powder packets, and only recommended for 6 oz of water as compared to the standard bottle size.

Got these from my employer initially, life savers at work outside.I have a few left over from those days, I hand them out to people in need, most recently my GF who was suffering from heat illness causing a mass headache even after water consumption, one packet and near instant cure on the headache.Suggested it to my GF family, they requested some so I'm ordering some for me and them.

A must if you work outside
Im in HVAC and outside most of the day. These help me get through the summer in AZ. As I get out of a 160deg attic, these make me 100% again. Strongly recommend them!!!

Does what you want at a reasonable price
The item provides a quick burst of electrolytes in a decent enough taste. This is easy to take on the go and just add a bit of water, then drink straight from the pouch. Overall a nice deal, however I order a larger package containing 4 boxes of 50 pouches, after getting into the second box I counted only 49 pouches in one box. Not a deal breaker, but still short slighted.

Life Saver
Purchased for my husband. We live on Maui, Hawaii. The company he works for is building a hotel on the Westside of the island, very hot. Work is done outside in direct heat. When he feels he needs to be re-energized he drinks Sqwincher. Picks him right back up!!

I purchased these as a gift to a homeless Veteran group. They were very appreciative as the summers here are hot and tend to deplete the necessary minerals from a body!! I may have to order more next summer!!!

Better than Gatorade
This stuff hydrates me quickly and tastes good. If I have a migraine from heat/hiking, one of these packs does the trick. Trying to rehydrate by quickly drinking an entire bottle of a sports drink makes me feel bloated and full. This is a much better way in my opinion.
