Solid and great image quality
This is one of my new favorite lenses! It will take some time to learn how to best manually focus since at 2.8 the focal plan is tight--the front of a fly is tack sharp and his back end is in deep bokeh. Solid build bordering on heavy but that is surprise bonus since it forces you to use both hands to focus. Arrived new in box with cleaning cloth and carrying pouch; lightning fast delivery. A+ highly recommended lens for Fuji X-mount macro photography--might be alright in low light concert, we'll see after COVID!

Great lense. I am glad I bought it
A solid lens, good optical performance. The image is sharp, without chromatic or spherical aberration. It is a lot of fun to use and it is 5 times cheaper than its fuji counterpart. If you do not mind manual focus, then this lens is definitely worth trying

Incredible value for the money.
This all manual focus is very easy to use. It makes about a little more than a half turn to go from infinite to close focus. It takes sharp pictures, at full open (F2.8) the close focus depth of field is very narrow. At 60mm (90mm FF=) this is usable but only barely so fully open.Get a tripod. Hand shake is incredibly magnified, even with fast shutter speeds. I was getting blur handheld even at 1/250 with an X-T4 with the IBIS turned on. Not much, but the sweet spot for 1:1 handheld is 1/250 or faster on the X-T4. I haven't tried it on a non-IBIS-enabled camera yet, I have an X-T30 and I suspect it will need 1/500 or so to use handheld. But that's all taken care of with even a flimsy tripod and a 2-second delayed self-timer.At F4 to F8 the lens gets really sharp and very usable, with no vignetting that I can find. The lens hood looks like it's barely out of frame, and if you take it off the lens when at infinite focus; you can see the parts inside unsealed. This lens may have issues if you get something inside of it, as nothing is sealed. If you keep the lens hood on, it prevents a lot of access to the internal moving parts. But the hood looks a bit ridiculous.

Great so far
I’ve only been shooting with it for a day, so far it’s the best macro setup that I’ve used with my XE-2. This is a very very heavy lens, it easily weighs more than my other four lenses combined, it almost like attaching a small brick to the camera. With a tripod, remote release, and handheld flash, this is a lot of fun for plant photography. Image quality is good in early testing.Given a choice between taking pictures with this lens, or crying over not having the money to buy the Fujifilm macro, this lens is the clear winner.

Not sturdy
This lens wasn't built to the tightest dimensions. I bought this in order to scan film on a lightboard. It is mounted vertically hanging. After a little bit of time, there was a wiggle in the lens, where part of the lens moves when it shouldn't. This has made it harder to focus because it moves. I still use it but it makes the workflow take longer.
