The media could not be loaded.  Sounds better than I expected, and while I just recorded this with my iPhone (sound quality not high), it’s actually pretty cool to play. It fills a room with volume, for sure. This is right out of the box, so I have not attempted any fine tuning yet as described in the provided booklet. The two highest notes have to be hit a little bit stronger for tone and in the right place, but the tongues are short but wide, so very easy to do. The many lower tongues ring out beautifully, and are so peaceful. It calms me just playing it. I had done some research on tongue drums, and am a beginner. For this price point, I am pleasantly surprised.

I bought this for fun to leave out on the coffee table. Everyone who comes over (and I have a lot of visitors) loves to play on it. My seven-year-old goes from the piano to the drum, back and forth figuring out songs. We recently had a family with a little three-year-old autistic guy visit and he absolutely loved playing the drum. It has nice tones that you don't mind listening to even if the player doesn't know what they're doing. It is an item that is very kid friendly and I encourage kids to play with.

I bought this drum for myself and I played it for my 2 dogs when they were here during their dinners. I also brought the drum with me to Church and had the younger children play with me, from there one of yhe children liked mine so he was given a small one to take with him wherever he went.

Perfect size to fit on your lap. Easy to use. Wish a couple of the notes had more of a clear sound. You can make relaxing, peaceful sounding music right out of its box! Super handy carrying case that pads the instrument well.

We love this drum! It is easy to play and it makes both the listener and player feel more peaceful. It has enhanced our music group. It can be played as a solo instrument or to enhance other instruments.

I wasn’t sure at first but after reading reviews I had a little hope & ordered it ! IT IS AMAZING !! the sound is great the carrier case and extra necessities were definitely a plus ! If you have doubts don’t !! You won’t regret it ! It had a little book and I played twinkle little stars it was fun to mess around with . Also good to higher your vibration !!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a really beautiful instrument. It has 7 notes like you would hear in a scale, but also a few more up or down an octave. It’s very easy to learn, and makes a great gift.I played it for my child and she loves hearing and playing on it too!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 and 7 year old. It was an initial success with good sound quality and will continue to encourage them to experiment with sound. The key is to put it in a dedicated place they can access anytime they are inspired to do so. You won't necessarily want to keep packing it away in the included case unless you have to transport it. The included wands produce a great sound and I believe it arrived in tune. I may struggle to clean it. I plan to dust occasionally and maybe store in a cupboard when not is use for longer periods. I was not really impressed with the included song book, but found I could just play with it and make our own tunes, figure them out by ear or even look up familiar tunes online. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to inspire their kids to be creative or for those wanting to learn a new skill for themselves.

This is a gorgeous drum from Lotmusic. It has a beautiful golden glow. Its weight and the slip proof feet keep it very stable. The tone is ethereal. It has long sustain and great volume though the higher, smaller tongues have less volume. The mid and low notes are amazing! Fabulous volume and prolonged sustain. They ring forever! The finger tip mallets are a great extra as is the little book with some beginner songs.I would have liked the stickers to be centered but this is easily changeable. This is a wonderful drum. I recommend it.

It's great and much easier to use than let's say a xylophone. Relaxing to use, just playing anything really. A couple notes do not sound perfectly right thus the 4 stars.
