Don't touch this manufacturer fix their product under warranty
First of all, even though the units are well made, they drop out the transmission all the time, easy distance and line of sight so should be easy, then you pretty much have to reboot everything to make them work again, would not trust them in any commercial environment.Secondly, I had a problem with my units that I had a green tint, talking to CVW on online chat they told me to reset the units, after this, the units would not pair, after an hour they said they should not have told me to do this it was bad advice, and I would have to send them back!To do this I would need to send them back to my dealer, it was not Amazon but CVP and then they would need to send them back to China.After five weeks CVP could not get an answer from the manufacturer after multiple messages so they gave me my money back.Massive thank you to CVP for doing this. And do not go near these Swift 800 pros or anything else CVW make, as they will not support you.
