Santa brought recorders and books for everyone in their stockings this year. Out of four recorders this pretty red one is the least squeaky and easiest to play. The book has a good introduction to the recorder and fun songs. Don't hesitate to buy this.

Grandaughters present she loved it

We purchased this for my little one and it is super cute. It is a shiny red color, not pink. It comes with a thin, black straw looking thing- which I'm assuming is to clean the inside with- about the same length as the recorder. It also comes with a song book. The song book has lots of fun songs in it with lyrics & notes. I'm pretty content with it- it's sturdy, no loose parts. It doesn't seem like it will break easily- fairly hardy. My daughter loves it.

I usually like to take a look at items like this before buying. But this time I had to trust all the other reviews and I don't regret my purchase. The recorder is sturdy enough to put in my daughter's bookbag and stand all the abuse she puts it through. It also comes with the pipe cleaner. I thought the color would be solid red/pink but it is clear red, still very pretty and girly. Very Good Quality, very good price.
