I would say extra small if available. I'm 5'4, 140lbs, 36d and ordered a medium. It's a little too loose and longer than expected (halfway between my knees and ankles) I'm short so it's an awkward length. I'm trying to exchange for a small. It fits around my chest but definitely doesn't do anything for the rest of my body, too baggy. Good luck!

Q: Is this poly-cotton dress a knit or a woven material?

I ordered this dress in the sunflower print and also in the solid yellow. The material is different between the two dresses, though the fit is very similar. The solid yellow is like a jersey-knit material, whereas the sunflower print is a thicker, polyester type of material. Just a note to future buyers that there is a difference in material between the print and solid color versions.

Q: how is the length on a petite person?

The dress is upper calf on me at 5’6”. For anyone shorter, it might be almost ankle length. You could have it taken up a few inches.
