I just got this maching and its amazing
I had some doubt first when i bought this machine as its 4 years old but it does exactly what i need, easy connectivity, easy set up and it brow like pro. The machine provide a real expsspresso and it has so many option for many type of coffe. for me it save time and energy to make a good perfect expresso.The app also has so much recipes for making different type of hot and cold drink. The only thing i feel bad for is not buying this machine when it first came. Its the best coffee machine i had.

The machine is made in Italy I saw a youtube video about it.You need time to master the machine and the UAE website is horrible and the support dose not reply there email doesn't work.The warranty is with Jashanmal.The most important thing to do is to register you machine.The machine make the best espresso and black coffee.

ما شاء الله، صانعة قهوة رهيبة.. سهلة الاستخدام والتحكم، كما أنها سهلة التنظيف.. وتعطي نفس النتائج تقريبا في الفترة التي استخدمتها قرابة الشهر.. مأخذي الوحيد عليها أن الكابتشينو وبالذات الحليب لا يخرج بالحرارة التي أريدها.. حرارته متدنية قليلا، وكذلك عند طلب الحليب الساخن لوحده.. إلا أنها بشكل عام ممتازة..

Used + broken
After opening the box we noticed that the product was used (there was coffee in it) and the pump did not work. Aweful for such an expensive machine.

Very bad product. Seller is not recommended!
Received a defective product! The water does not flow as it should be. The product received is not sealed and it seems a repaired piece that is sold to another customer, not brand new! Very disappointed.
