Was skeptical that these would be cooler. However, if there's a bright sun out it does help both protect and reduce heat - probably because your arms get a little wet and the wind evaporates it off. With the sun down or overcast they add a little heat, but its also overall cooler - so not a problem. Hand wash mine to reduce wear and tear.

Bought this arm sleeves pair for Rs. 215. After using this product for 3-4 days in intense outdoor workout I find it very useful. This not only protect your skin from sunburn but also give a cooling effect when it is wet.

Material produces burning sensation and it irritates the skin constantly. It's very thin textile and can easily tear. It looks thin but does not provide air through which makes your hand and palms sweaty. Not recommended at all.

Product really nice and soft was a bit hesitant to buy with mixed reviews but truely value for money surely recomend to others to buy
