I disagree with other reviewers who say the shampoo doesn’t get your scalp clean. I am very prone to oiliness, and it gets my scalp totally clean, in fact, I would even say that it is a little drying like another reviewer said, but not to the point where it leaves my hair feeling like straw or anything. The conditioner is a little weird. It almost has the consistency of a thick lotion, and it does take time to really work it into the hair. This isn’t a conditioner that you want to just dump into your hand and try to spread out. I’d recommend getting one pump at a time, and working that in before getting more if you don’t want most of it to end up on the shower floor. Also, it’s probably not going to leave your hair feeling like silk, and it will feel a bit odd while it air dries. The hair clings together and feels almost crunchy, but it feels normal after it finishes drying. Not silky, but still soft if that makes sense. Despite all these quirks, I actually really like the products. Ive had a lot of stress related hair loss lately, and this seems to be the solution. I use a wet brush as I’m rinsing my conditioner, and I’ve noticed A LOT less hair in the brush since I switched to this brand, and I’ve noticed fewer split ends which is helping me to grow it out. Also, I can still get silky hair using other products with it. I spray my hair with rose water while it’s still damp and gently brush that through, then once it’s dry, I’ll use argan oil if I’m going natural or shea butter and almond oil if I’m using heat tools. Also, the conditioner seems to work a lot better if you let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing and rinse with cold water, and since it isn’t really heavy, using it near the roots hasn’t been a problem for me either. Overall, I am happy with this shampoo and conditioner, and I’ll keep using it.

I had been in long search for a shampoo that suits my hair needs and I think this one def helping me. I was shedding but after using this shampoo and oil massage twice a week helped me shedding less. K products are usually more effective (unless a fake one) than many other brands. I would try to get another type of product from the same brand, so that I have 2 varieties and can switch in between. It gives my hair nice volume and bounce. The smell is just perfect not overpowering which is a plus also!Everyone’s need is different, I hope my review helps someone.

I never imagined shampoo could make such a HUGE difference! I had been using another "clean" shampoo that (turned out ) HAD sulfates. I read an article indicating these sulfates could lead to hair loss. Aromatica has some of the BEST clean, effective, cruelty free / vegan products, so I decided to give this fortifying shampoo ( along with the Rosemary conditioner ) a try - WOW !!! My thinning hair looks HEALTHY, BOUNCY, CONDITIONED, and .... FULLER - from the FIRST try! THANK YOU AROMATICA for your WONDERFUL PRODUCTS ( I use the Aloe gel, Tea tree mask, and still have some of your Aloe cleanser which I am sad you discontinued! )

As someone with fine hair, I went with the Biotin shampoo and paired it with Rosemary conditioner. I will probably post an update regarding the actual effects of the shampoo, but I want to mention that it arrived in a bubble envelope, leaking and unsealed. Never mind that it leaked all over the tea packet, another order of mine; the fact that it was unsealed means I cannot be sure the product is genuine. Aromatica products purchased on iHerb arrive sealed. Somewhat disappointed with packaging.Update: changed a 3-star rating to 4-star. Like the shampoo a lot, it feels luxurious and leathers like a dream. The light natural citrus smell of orange rind is pleasant to me. Leaves hair bouncy and full. One star off for an unsealed container resulting in leakage.

My hair stopped falling out as much for sure very pleased with this shampoo
