ArcEnCiel Toddler Backpack, School Backpacks for Kindergarten Small Lightweight 15 inch Daycare Backpack

I was looking for some good quality backpacks for my boys and came across these ones. After reading countless great reviews about them I decided to purchase 2 of them. I'm glad people wrote their reviews about the size of them because I was thinking they maybe too small for my 4th grader. The others reviews put that fear to rest for me. The kids used them for school and they love them. They fit my 9 and 5 year old very well and aren't too big or too small. The fabric is good quality and I love that they have so many pockets. The zippers are great as well because they are big and thicker than most we've had. Another reason why we like them is because so far we haven't seen anyone else with the same backpack. Not only does it make them unique but when you're 5 and out your backpack on the ground to play on the playground before school starts and the whistle blows and it's time to line up to go in, it makes it so much easier to find your backpack without sifting through the pile of 20 backpacks that have at least 4 or more of the same characters on them. So far the boys love them and so do we.

My son started Kindergarten this year and has been using this backpack for a month now. So far, this backpack has gracefully survived several drink spills and being dragged daily along the sidewalk and splashed down in mud. I wipe it down and once, tossed it in the washer on gentle. There is no sign of wear or fading. It's comfortable on his shoulders and the mesh inside the straps and along the back help keep it from feeling oppressively hot. None of his friends has one like it and for my little guy, this is a bonus. He's into monsters of all sorts right now so this bag fit the bill. I know this bag will last for years, even if his interest in it does not. That's fine because the moment he gives it up, I'm taking it! I just adore the funky cool style of this very useful bag! The two back pockets are big enough to fit a pencil box, things for snack, and basically anything I don't worry about having crushed. The side pocket is most often used for small toys that he sneaks into school ;) and the mesh pocket holds his thermos freeing up his lunch box for more lunch. There is a handy inside pocket - mostly for separating folders and notebooks from larger items. I'm thoroughly​ impressed with the quality and thoughtful design of this bag - as well as the whimsical style! Love it!!!

Received March 4th and used casually, about 4 times a week for my son. Today a little under 2 months, April 26 I realized the front stitching was coming loose. Hopefully, the rest of the bag will hold up but I highly doubt it from what I can see from the quality fo the stitches.Really enjoy the look of the backpack but the stitching quality could be better.4/26 updateCustomer Service followed up and offered a replacement and should be on its way. Thanks for listening to my concerns looking forward to the new Backpack and hope it holds up better than the current one.

Besides the fact my 5 year old son loves this, it has proven to be pretty sturdy and handy for our many adventures. Zippers seem reliable, pockets are handy, threading seems sturdy. My son was 42 inches tall and it's a little large for him, but he was totally handling it.I filled it with all the clothes he would need for 3 day trip to Disneyland. We backpacked it all through the airport, allowing us to bypass checking anything.**UPDATE**My son is now 8 years old. This bag has been to Mexico twice, survived 2 years as a school bag, and is the choice bag for every trip, be it camping, airplane, road trip, or just a good ol overnighted at a friend's. Ever zipper works, every seam intact. He has never complained of discomfort as he grew with this bag. We absolutely LOVE this backpack and I would highly recommend it.

When I received it the first time, I do really like it. Nice style and made well looks like. But after gently used 4 months, Beside the zipper, There’s opening at the seam near the zipper was not caused by any human reason, until now the opening has become larger and larger. I’m so disappointed, I paid $39.99, but the quality is not as good as the $15 back bags.l hope the seller can contact me, make this go to right. So easy to to see they didn’t check the bag’s quality before they sent it.

This backpack is great for elementary aged kids. The straps are nice and padded and the zippers slide smoothly. I like the pocket inside the main section. It’s easy to slide folders in so they don’t get destroyed.The only issue we’ve had so far is that the stitching around the eyes is coming undone. We are only 1 month into the school year, so this shouldn’t be an issue yet.

These are sooo adorable and made extremely well! They are nothing like what you buy in a Fred Meyer or Wal mart.. they are very expensive looking.

My son loves this book bag. The quality is really great!I like to be an individual and i encourage my kids to be as well. IMO, the style and design of the bag is really different from anything i could find in any other stores. To me it has a Anime feel, with a playful don't mess with me vibe.With that said, it means nothing if it all falls apart after he kicks it down the steps, but the rugged construction has me feeling really good about the purchase. The darker coloring does well with hiding the dust and dirt from recess. He always seems to lay face down on the ground but I wipe it off and he is ready to go. Also, there are plenty of pockets for all his books and toys.
