Very good suspenders with great clip but length adjustment slips a bit.
I've used these for about a week now. They work quite well and are very comfortable. The clasp is very strong and i have had no problem with them coming undone. I believe that I've seen other reviews that complain of the pivot pin backing out of the clasp. So far I've seen no evidence of that problem with these. If i see any evidence i'll update the review. My fix will be do simply apply a small amount of superglue if it becomes a problem.The other minor annoyance I've noticed is that the plastic length adjuster slips a little too easily while under tension - resulting in the suspenders lengthening during the day. Perhaps the gaps that the straps pass through are slightly too wide, producing too little friction or perhaps the under side of the adjuster is a bit too smooth (it is grooved to provide some traction) or a combination of the two. My solution was simply to place a piece of rubber (a homemade ranger band cut from a bicycle inner tube) between the two straps as the pass through the adjuster. This provides the needed additional friction to prevent slippage. I won't need to adjust these until they begin to stretch out, so the small additional care that is required when adjusting shouldn't be a problem.So, i quite like these. The clips hold very firmly and the adjuster can easily be tweaked should there be slippage. I'd buy again.

Pretty close to "as advertised..."
The suspenders are comfortable and seem to grip well - the clasps are a cam-type and hold to the pant probably better than metal clasps I have owned... Only issue was that depending on the airport, they may or may not be TSA approved or "airport safe." At the larger airports they use metal detectors the I sail right through security... At smaller regional airports however, they have lesser budgets for screening equipment, and the sensors find the "mass" between my shirts. I sailed through international airports but has to remove a shirt and get patted down at smaller regional airports. So, airport safe? yes, and no...

They don’t let go
I was using the suspenders that clip on loop for ages. They were the only ones that wouldn’t come unhooked. Only proble is the twisted and didn’t work for every pair of pants. I bought these new suspenders because of the improved clip design. It works great! It doesn’t twist and will work on any pants. Huge win

They work, and have fantastic clamp holding power
These are great casual suspenders. I bought a set of these when they first came out. They were just black back then, but now come in tan and blue. Worked like a charm going through metal detectors, which had always buzzed with my suspenders. The surprise benefit is that the design of the fasteners do not slip, or bend, like the metal ones do, and the fasteners actually grip better under load. Furthermore, they clamp without sharp points, so they do not make holes in your trouser waistband. I've used them for years, and they still work like new. I've replaced all my old clamp-on suspenders with these.
