Some of the colors work alright but a few constantly break. The white is especially brittle and breaks constantly.

The material is good quality but very expensive, I got the same thing with lower price one each dollar

This is your basic polyester thread -- not the best, but good enough for most jobs. Unless you need a very specific thread for the material you are working on, these should do the trick. I did a test of one of them in my Janome sewing machine and it worked fine. And you do get a lot of thread -- a large spool for each color. They say it's 3000 yards each, but I have rolls that are the same size that are 1500 yards. I have no way of verifying it, but you do get a lot of thread for the price.On the colors, there is a good assortment but I wish a few colors were different. There is black and a charcoal -- a lighter grey would be more useful because these two are really close. Same with the royal blue and the navy. The navy is close enough to black that a lighter blue would be more useful. And the orange is very dark, pretty close to the red. A yellow or lighter orange would make this set more complete. Just some suggestions for future production.But for the amount of thread you get, you can do some big projects with these and not worry about running out. It's a good value.

The size is not universal so you'll need to make sure it will fit with your machine before ordering - Though the inside of the spool is hollow, so you can add your own piece to get a better fit, depending on your style of sewing machine.The thread cuts clean and blunt, so you should always be able to thread a needle on the first cut.As it is polyester thread, projects that will require dye should be sewn with thread that will match the final color, as the thread will resist dye.It's a good general strength and what I normally look for in polyester thread.
