Nordic Performance Womens Silicone Full Seat Riding Breeches, Mid-Rise Waist

Do they stretch over time? I seem to be in btw sizes and am wondering if they'll stretch out? I'd prefer smaller and stretch vs. too big to start out.

Would the 32 fit someone 5'9" nad 165 pounds? i am about a size 16, and these seem to stop at smaller sizes?

If I remember correctly; these run large for the brand and Equinava recommends sizing down?
