Not very effective in a single use
I put it on termite without diluting.. after 2 days termite was back.. then i put extra quantity, still again termite was back after two days... Then i put phenyl, termite did not come for a few days. . Then again when i put Terminator, termite did come back. Overall it is a very expensive product as compared to the smelly ones. The only advantage is that it has almost no smell. But then you have to use it many times to get rid of termite

Great product!
Strongly recommend this if you have a termite infestation. I have bought it several times in the past few months and it gets the job done. Smell is really strong but it is effective and easy to use.
