Mutex MX515 Mechanical Push Button Keypad Lock, All-Weather Coating, Keyless Entry & Override

We purchased two of these to use on an outdoor gate, thinking they would be more reliable than an electronic keypad in the outdoors. Big mistake - the latch feature stopped working almost immediately, after a light rain. It stopped retracting, so the gate will no longer latch.On other occasions, the whole keypad would lock, so we couldn't enter any numbers.We ended up using parts from the second lockset we purchased to fix the first, and now the first one is broken again - so we now have two unusable $200 locks.We missed the return window, but would greatly appreciate the chance to return these items for a refund.

The product cylinder is very weak with no supportive housing for a deadbolt configuration. Bought it within 30 days. But unable to reach the seller for a return authorization. Now stuck with the product as a paper weight. Will sell this to anyone cheaper than what I pay for it just to get rid of it and get my money back.
