Nice cotton/polyester material. Feels totally like cotton. Elastic waistband is wide, super stretchy, and does not cut into you, but does hold the shorts up. I hate tight, cutting waistbands. I am 5’3” and 97 lbs. I bought the xs and they fit perfectly. I have a 27” waist- a little bit of a belly and these look and fit great. If you did not have a belly, the waist would still fit you fine because of the great waistband. I bought both the 7” , in grey and one pair of 10” in black because there were no 7” black. They both look nice, but I do like the 7” length the best. Just personal preference- 10” is still above the knee.

These shorts are excellently comfortable! Stretchy, but not overly so. Not too thick, not too thin. I love them and they're awesome to wear around the house and even out and about. That said, I got the 10" ones and they are VERY high waisted. I'm 5'4" and the top of these hits me just below the bra-line. Like...seriously high! LOL! I typically roll the waistband down, which is okay but it keeps these shorts from being perfect. That said, even though they're insanely high waisted, I don't find the shorts sagging, which is nice. I'll prob get another pair and try the next size down to see if that makes a difference. They're stretchy enough I'm hoping the size down will fit okay and maybe be a little shorter in the waist.

After reading reviews, I decided to go up a size. Actually, I usually wear L or XL, so I bought this in XXL and they are a bit large but I will keep them because I love the fabric and they look very nice! They have deep pockets, too!Additionally, I bought another pair in Black XL and they fit great! They are tighter than an XL usually feels but I like them, too!

I loved the length most of all but the overall fit and quality of the shorts is wonderful! I highly recommend these!

These are very comfortable without being too tight. I mom bod doesn't usually look good in slightly tighter pants but these are great. I haven't washed them yet but the have polyester in them so I don't expect a lot of shrinkage. Hopefully that ends up being true. I also bought them in a light grey color which is a great color.

These fit well around the waist and hips (I got an XL 5'7" and 175 lbs.), but the legs are enormous. Not flattering fit.

I am surprised at how much I like these shorts. I wanted some shorts that were good for working out in the gym. I do not like super short shorts for the gym for multiple reasons so I opted for the 7" length. I did NOT want compression bike shorts and I didn't want nylon running shorts. These are just what I DID want! They are soft, comfortable and have the right amount of stretch. The legs are not tight but they aren't extremely loose or baggy which I did not want either. Plus they have pockets perfect for holding a tissue. Amazon recommended an XS for me and that is what I bought and they fit perfectly. For reference, I (usually) wear a 27 in jeans.

Fits like the correct size. I don’t like my comfy shorts tight and They are still true to size

Fabric is great - lots of stretch - but the elastic at the waistline is way too tight for me - so disappointed!
