Where is the taste of the ginger
Really looked forward to this. Delivery was exceptionally fast. Opened it straight away and yeah it was fermented beetroot but alas I'm still waiting for the dTaste of the ginger. Shame really.

Not salty or saucer, really great source of fermented food. I can confirm that no vinegar is added and it it obviously fermented naturally. I recommend it! Well done producer!

Bland tasting no ginger at all
This is a bland tasting product u can't taste any ginger just a slight vinegar taste and an almost raw texture beetroot not what I expected at definitely won't buy again also the seller is stateing they sell 1kg jars they aren't it's a 400g jar they send and sell ,,, so a bland product plus false advertising avoid
