This product is at best difficult. If setting it up for dry food it might be okay if the timer worked buy definitely not for wet food. The wet food becomes dried out and not something you would want to give to your pet to consume.The timer to dispense the food did not function. I am technology literate so it was not because I did not set it correctly. When it did not work for me I had someone else attempt to set it up just to verify that I was not making an error. It still did not work.Cleaning it requires taking it partially apart which is inconvenient but really the only way something like this could function.Overall, this product was a huge disappointment and I would nit recimmend purchasing it.

I wish it was more compact as we have a small area but it’s modern looking and seems good for now. Will update as we go.

This is a great product! I can time it for 5 small doses a day. And on my day off we can now sleep in all we want, because my cat is fed and not Hungry. Works as intended!

So far, so good. Good portion size and portion tray spins as it should, at this point. Other reviews state that this item begins to falter after some time. But this one is doing just fine so far. IF it begins to fail, there may be an update to this review.

Company is great-this product is not. My 15lb dog, took the lid off like it was nothing. I tried to use this product two separate days-both days a wash. I was really looking forward to using this as my work hours are sometimes a bit odd.AND now only a partial refund. At least it is something.

Works great, and little stinky kitty likes being fed on a strick schedule. No more complains from him for a late meal. I get to sleep in!

I love this pet feeder, its perfect for my frenchton.The seller was awesome they replaced my cord for no charge due to my dog chewing cord, I was willing to pay. I highly recommend this product!!!

Easy to program but it is huge!
