Cheap material, wrinkles in fabric
Top of the rug is a piece of cloth that wrinkles. The rug itself is flimsy, doesn’t have any weight to stay put. Overall really cheap material for the cost of the rug.

YES YES YES!!!! This is Awesome!
This carpet is not made to be outside.With that said its pretty good. I have vacuumed this many times already and seems to still hold up.Now with my Cats, lets hope it last. They really seem to like this carpet also.
