Just what I wanted. Makes the sharp edges of my laptop more tolerable and protects my wrists from some the heat generated.

For some odd reason (that I have never satisfactorily been able to understand), MacBooks BURN my hands. Not physically, but it's either an allergy or a mild electric shock problem with every MacBook. Sometimes my palms will "hurt" so bad as if they've been burnt, and it will take hours to get better (but no physical redness in sight).Well, these Palm Pads are perfect! I no longer have burning palms! I can use my MacBook normally like I've done for the past many many years. I'm also very thankful that these pads are washable and reusable. (I'm also pleasantly surprised that they are thin enough to allow my laptop to "sleep" when I close the lid, too!).These Palm Pads are the perfect solution to painful palms, whether it be an allergy problem or an electrical shock problem, or the "sharp edge" problem that others have.Highly highly recommend!

Was looking to make my late 2012 model MacBook Pro more comfortable for writing assignments. These pads were perfect. As other reviewers noted, I had to wash and dry them (just with some gentle dish soap) to get them to stick properly but now they don't ever budge. I have them hanging about 0.5cm over the edge, so does stick out when my laptop is closed but it still allows for sleep mode.
