I bought the large sized zip bags to store sweaters in. I'm very happy using the bags for this purpose. I was able to squeeze a lot of the air out of the bag once I placed the sweater in it and this gives me more room in my dresser drawer. Before buying these bags, I was using the plastic bags the dry cleaners used which have a fold-over flap and a button. This not really air tight and could allow moths in with the wool sweaters. With the zip lock top of these bags all my sweaters are protected from moth damage. Also the dry cleaner bags had print and logos on them blocking the view of the contents. These bags are clear and you can easily see what is inside.I have already thought of another use for the bags. As someone with Lyme disease, when I travel for vacation, I plan to take some of these bags with me. When I return from a hike or some kind of outdoor activity, I can take off my clothes and place them in one of these bags, zip it closed and not worry about any ticks remaining on my clothes until I can get them home and take care of them. I'm sure with time, I will think of a few more good uses for these bags.

I love these bags. They are on the thin side however they are perfect for what I use them for. I would definitely recommend them.

I am so glad I found these on Amazon! I've been needing good quality but economical zipper bags that are larger than the standard 1 gallon Ziplock bags but the price for 100 of these seemed too good to be true. However, after receiving, testing and putting a number of them to good use, I am very pleased, and find they are a real bargain.Storing and organizing medications; papers, manuals and catalogues (letter or legal size); sewing patterns, cloth and projects; packaging items to ship or sell; organizing and storing electronic accessories and labeled cords; you name it. For papers that go into the safe I can group them, bag and drop in a packet of silica gel, label the bag with a Sharpie then seal them.If you can think of other (legal, lol) ways to use them, please tell all in a comment. And yes, they are a suffocation hazard so keep them out of reach of small children. I do appreciate that they do not have the suffocation hazard warning printed all over them.

Always looking for larger plastic bags that I use to store and protect many different items. The size and material of the bags was excellent. Unfortunately, I was unable to open these bags without tearing the tops of the bags . Only 4 bags of the 15 that I opened actually open correctly using the ziplock. I returned these bags for a refund and ordered from a different company. Very disappointed!!!!
