No there not. I personally didn't want waterproof, its to hot in south Texas need my boots to breath.

Q: Do these boot fit what you were or too small /big?

A little big but not enough for me to get a smaller size. They are good sturdy boots, not very heavy and I put about 18,000 steps on them every day at work.

Q: I move appliances all day, will these hold up to the constant movement while carrying 600lbs and up?

These held up through 6 months of hurricane relief work, putting in about 40-59k steps per day

Q: Are they steel toes/composite toes ?

Very light weight composite, definitely not steel toe or thick hardened toe. These are good spring/summer shoes compared to my 6 inch waterproof ones for the fall/winter.
