Easy to follow instructions and Easy to Install.

I was looking for racks to hang two kayaks on my boathouse interior wall. Bought two of the Suspenz racks based on their ratings and reasonable pricing. Pros: Excellent installation instructions made installing the racks a reasonably easy project for my son and me - and, I would think anyone who can handle a drill. Took us about a half hour including double measuring heights and levels. Very well designed and made - I especially liked the quality of the nylon pad on the bottom part of the wall mount and the nylon safety straps. My kayaks seem very secure and the nylon pads protect my kayaks from scratches. Very easy to put the kayaks on and off these racks. Good value for money. Cons: None - except that the racks only seem to come in yellow. Would have preferred red to match my kayaks.

We installed two sets of these on 4x4 posts beside our dock at the lake for two new kyaks just purchased. They were easy to install and I love having the straps for added security against the wind. We had only one problem. After we mounted them, I noticed that a seam on one of the padded sleeves had stitching that was out along a two inch portion of the sleeve. It is a manufacturing flaw and I should send one set back, but we already installed them and I don't want to take them down and go to all the effort to mail them back. So I may try to iron on some sort of patch on the seam and see if I can secure the stitching, so it doesn't get worse as the kyaks are taken on and off the brackets. These are expensive but worth the price. They would be especially worth it if I could get the company to mail me a replacement sleeve. Oh well.

Superior construction. No shortcuts in the metal fabrication.

Installed very easy. Mounting hardware was great, no issues. I did break one of the plastic buckles when tightening down the adjustable strap. Seems to be an odd size buckle maybe. Most likely, since it is an 1.5" strap, I will just source another male/female buckle to fix the issue. Other than that, great product as far as I'm concerned.

This rack is heavy duty and does it’s job very well. The screws provided are terrible. They stripped immediately, and would not even make it all the way into the stud because they stripped so quickly. I had to order a special tool to remove the stripped screw. Once all the stripped screws were removed, I bought some lag screws, and they worked great. This wall mount is heavy duty and mounted well. It’s not going anywhere. I’m still giving this product 5 stars because the wall mount is great and suspenz makes great products. They could just include better mounting hardware. It holds my old town loon, which is 31 inches wide and 53 pounds.

Purchased these bars for mounting my 17 foot fishing kayak on the garage wall to open up some floor space. My kayak fits like a glove. The racks are well made, and lifting my kayak in and out is easy. The rack pading covers are well made, and the tie-down straps are extremely secure. The unit came with the necessary screws and easy to follow instructions, making mounting into the wall studs a breeze. Anyone looking to store thier kayak on a wall should give serious consideration to the Suspenz system. Note: as you can see from the picture, the rack does protrude from the wall. Not a problem at all, just something buyers need to be mindful of. Great product Suspenz!

Bought two pairs for my two Epic V9 Surfskis. Bolted onto a wall. I am stoked. Works perfectly.

Was easy to install and works great. My only gripe is the long strap is attached to the bottom and when i have my kayak on the mount if the little strap is tucked in behind its hard to get at due to the height i have it mounted. It may be like that so the long strap doesn't get stuck under the kayak when loading which makes sense to me but i think you could get around that by having long strap hang off to the side. Not enough of an issue to remove stars, its still great.
