best short cable I've come accross
It has been difficult trying to sort out short (1 foot or less) USB 2.0 and 3.xx cables with Amazon's death march search engine. Really glad I cam across this. Not exactly cheap; but exactly what I was searching. I've used it for data transfer (SD, XQD, CF, and CF Express B) so I guess that means it's an OTG cable, used it to charge camera batteries from a battery bank (had to adapt the "c" plug); this is very useful in the field) and various USB wall plug power sources. The best features for me is that it is OTG and the "c" plug means it's alway plugs in right side up very useful for reading in-line USB power meters. Build quality is really good; a little stiff yet bends easily and mostly stays put.

Perfect for connecting a battery pack to my phone
I can use this to connect my phone to a battery pack and put both in my pocket without it being in the way. Quickcharge compatible.

Did not work at all, applied for refund

Really wanted this to work, sadly it doesn’t.Plugged into my MacBook Pro (mid-2015) to connect my Crucial X6 external SSD, and laptop doesn’t recognize anything is connected. Tried both USB ports. Other cables work in both ports.Build quality seems nice and sturdy: the cable connections look to be well-built. The rubber “cable” itself bends as expected and springs back to straight once you stop applying force to it, so keep that in mind: it wants to stay straight.I’ve applied for a refund, and will try my luck buying the 10Gbps version and see if that works. Maybe I just got a defective unit, but that too doesn’t say much for this manufacturer.

Worked great for 5 months.
Worked great for 5 months. connects very nicely. keeps its shape. feels good in the hand. does not have the type of problems some thin cables have, at the connection between the connector and the cable.. But, apparently, cannot be twisted too much or too often, because it will fail and become intermittent.

My bad
This short cable is exactly as described and works great. Unfortunately, I should have known the rubber casing would be bendable as stated, but tougher than I expected. I can't use it as I had hoped. Nothing at all wrong with the cable itself. Just my thinking.

Cord is stiffer than anticipated.

Poor workmanship poor durability
Product has already became defective just a few days after the return window closes. When i plug it into my phone it does nothing. But when i plug other cables in they work but not this one. Cable is not durrible and poor workmanship because it is already defective.
