Love this product line
I love this thing........ actually, just recently purchased several of the "Hog Leg" cable attachments from these guys and way-happy with all of it. I assumed the fat-bar-better-for-forearms line hype was marketing BS until after the first workout (which did not include an isolated forearm component), everyone noted the "WOKE-FOREARM" feeling (in a good way). Built to last a lifetime, for sure. Excellent Buy!

Game Changer!
Great piece of equipment! I have not found anything that gives you a better bicep/tricep pump than this Bar. Worth every penny and I'm sure there are more exercises to be had!

It is hollow but strong.
A bit fat but great bar it works great for the triceps and biceps.

The Size was a problem
Is very big, I didn't like because is too big not enter in the backpack. And I can't to bring me in the hand all Way. And is too heavy. Wowww... (:(
