Teabags
Really enjoyed the taste of these teabags and will definitely buy again as they are good value for money too.I was quite sceptical that you could get 2 cups out of one teabag but I was pleasantly surprised that indeed you can.

Good quality
Good quality tea and strong taste.Personally I am not a fan of the taste, it tastes like a liquidised stuffing ball🤣 but I am drinking it for menopause health.

Feeling the benefits!
I am finding that I sometimes don't have any hot flushes or night sweats since starting drinking this tea daily three weeks ago. It may be a coincidence but for now I am making the chilled version (instructions on box) and buying these regularly. They are a bit pricey at £6 for only 15 bags, but it's just so nice to feel a bit better!

Not bad but not great
First things first - packaging. I kind of understand the need for a sealed packet, to lock in the freshness, but there are other, more environmentally friendly ways to do it.Next, the smell. The bags smell.... unpleasant... but once in the boiling water it's not too bad.The taste - is light, but odd. It's not unpleasant and nice to have before bed so that I'm not drinking normal, caffeine containing tea.The health benefits? Well, that leaves a lot to be desired.... I've definitely not seen an improvement in night sweats. For something a little different, it's worth a try if you're suffering with Peri, Intra or Post menopausal symptoms, and the price tag is on par with other artisan tea makers. Worth a punt, and at the end of the day it's not a bad tea even if the health benefits aren't there.

Worked wonders for my anxiety !
Loved this product ! I came off birth control a few months ago and felt terrible since .. this is the first time I’ve felt abit of clarity since I came off. Working wonders for my anxiety and helping me to relax again after this nightmare began. Been recommending it to all my friends and family today and 100% buying some more.

More Natural Than HRT
I’ve been suffering hot flushes for a few years now, I can’t take HRT due to a past breast tumour so I’m always happy to hear about a natural alternative to prescribed medication for HRT. I’d never heard of tea for menopause but I was keen to test it out. This Hottea Mama brand ‘Take A Pause’ variety teabags are made from green tea, ginkgo biloba, liquorice, ginseng, sage, devils claw, valerian root, and raspberry leaf. There are 15 teabags in the box, the teabags are actually rather lovely in silk triangular bags with string tags. I have happy memories of silk bag tea bags in the California Hilton, so these make me think of ‘luxury’, which is a good thing as these teabags aren’t cheap. However, they are designed to help with hot flushes along with menopausal stress and lack of sleep. I tried mine in a mug one teabag but the instructions recommend using 3 steeped 50 ml of boiling water then topped up to a litre with cold water, leave to chill in the fridge and drink within 2 days. They taste okay, they reminds me of sage in taste, the tea leaves are large which is a good thing for flavour and strength. Are they any good? At the moment I can’t say, it’s early days but I’m hopeful my hot flushes calm down especially at night. If you’ve tried other remedies like sage on its own as I have, then these are worth trying, I expect if I persist they could be helpful, though at 3 teabags every 2 days which means these only last 5 days, so for that I’m knocking a star off, but I’ll come back and edit this review if I notice a big difference. Thanks for reading my review, I hope it’s helpful to you.

Superb
I’ve been drinking this tea for a few weeks and find it really refreshing. Looking forward to adding some citrus fruits and ice for a cooking summer drink.
