Crazy condensation. Mainly because the design allows for AC to access the top area without any insulation. Some other brands have head strips that are on or near the door gaskets to prevent condensation but this one does not. There is a lot of condensation that is all over around the door gaskets. So much it accumulates and the drip goes back through the gap and into the unit (which your kitchen staff will spend an extra hour cleaning everyday). For a new machine, I was told by the service department to do a lot of rigging myself to prevent the issues. After doing all of the calculation, with the amount of electricity I will loose from this unit running all the time & this unit only having half of the life expectancy, I should have just went back with the True Brand.
