Fantastic product, Sooooo much better than those stupid ball heads!!!

Really great for monitor mount

This mount, in theory, is genius but in practice is very flawed. The tension adjustment for the pan and tilt functionalities are worthless. The middle screw that adjusts the pan tension unscrews itself after a single counterclockwise turn. The screws on the sides that adjust for tilt, tighten and retighten as you adjust the monitor forward and backward. Maybe it was intended for adjusting to a certain position and being locked down but the term "vlogger" printed on the product says otherwise. Really wanted to love this product but for these reasons, I can't.

This is used to mount a 7-inch Feelworld monitor to a Small Rig cage. I use an NP-F970 Battery. This Hot Shoe Stand Monitor is sturdy enough. But there are two things that don't quite cut it. The first is the Allen screw to adjust the tension such that the monitor doesn't flop forward or backwards requires way too much pressure to tighten. The included Allen wrench doesn't cut it. I had to use a 4-in Allen wrench , and even then I had to bear down on it. Second, the screw that connects into the 1/4-20 fitting on the bottom of the monitor is just a little too long, and doesn't tighten enough before it bottoms out. Both of these mean that the monitor just doesn't stay where you put it.

The unit I received was unusable! The two side screws were so tight they could not be loosened (like they were glued in after being torqued down). This meant you could not tilt or swivel (can not get to the screw for this because you can not tilt it)the unit!My Amazon purchase # was not recognized by the registration web site! So I could not register the item for warranty.No reply to my email sent to their support email address.I am returning mine for a refund.
