I loved the price point initially but this is so much more than that. The sound quality is great and I am in love with the trickling rain sound. I use this in my baby's nursery but am a bit jealous I don't have one for my room ( just saying). We have been using this nonstop for about a month so far and it's going strong ! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some help with white noise and soothing sounds

Overall it's fine. We had bought a similar one for our oldest at Walmart and I was expecting this one to be as nice. I must've read the description wrong because I thought it would have the light projection to the ceiling but it's just the light within the unit. Also when the light is at the lowest setting it flickers quite a bit, even when plugged into the wall, which is irritating since we have it in our room right now with our newborn. It's also disappointing that it didn't come with the USB plug. Luckily we already had one. If I had to do it over again I would go back to Walmart to buy the same one we already had.

I liked the full size of this machine that i bought for my 2 yr old so I bought this smaller one for my infant. My only complaint is that the night light, while soft and unobstructed in the larger version, is not quite so in the smaller. The inner components cast vivid shadows onto the outer plastic as the lighting mechanisms are located behind the inner computer boards.Otherwise, love the machine! Kids seem to also.

This obviously isn't a top of the line product but it does wonders for what I paid for! Bought this to take with us for my 15 month old daughter's first camping trip. The light is perfect and the lullabies put her to sleep right away. It's the only product I found that is portable and the 3 triple A batteries lasted us the whole trip with no problem at all. Had it on all night for 2 nights. It was a life saver! Volume and light was just perfect for a 6 person tent. We use it in our master bedroom at home too!

So, this sound machine came preloaded with 6 sounds... two musical, three nature, and one heartbeat. Cool. I like that it can run continuously and not auto-shut off. It came with a USB power cord, but no adapter - that was a real bummer and the main factor in this 2-star review. The power cord is rather short as others have described, but the lack of an adapter really turned me off to this product. The sounds are average quality, what you would expect of a 2 to 3 star machine.
